The Social Work department of #AELCLÉS (Spanish Association of Organisations in the Fight Against Leukaemia and Blood Diseases) is carrying out a study on the needs of people affected by haematological diseases in the workplace and, consequently, in the economic and social spheres.
We know that for these people it is sometimes difficult to combine work and illness, to return to work or to find a new job due to physical and emotional symptoms, visits to the doctor or treatment, and we also know that companies often do not facilitate the adaptation of the job and/or working day to these circumstances. For this reason, we would like to ask you to answer the following questionnaire to find out what your needs are so that we can take action to address them.
