If you have Multiple Myeloma, remember that at #AELCLÉS, we are developing the ‘My time for me’ programme for people with Multiple Myeloma.
This programme offers free ‘psychological therapy’ to patients, relatives and carers of people affected by Multiple Myeloma. You can also get in touch with other people affected by Multiple Myeloma through our peer group, where we work on aspects such as self-esteem, emotions and share experiences.
